Our minimum order is 10 pieces per item for most products — corporate gift sets, awards, personalized items, and packaging. Custom USB flashdrives and pins have a higher minimum of 100 pieces due to manufacturing requirements. For smaller quantities, we recommend our ready-made catalog items.
Yes. Rush orders are one of our specialties. Our standard lead time is 2–3 weeks depending on the product and customization. For urgent needs, contact us directly and we'll assess what's possible — rush rates may apply for timelines under 1 week.
